...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR SOUTHERN BROWN COUNTY IS
CANCELLED...

The storms which prompted the warning have moved out of the warned
area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT for
west central Illinois.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 330 PM CDT
FOR NORTHEASTERN PIKE COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS...

At 313 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Arenzville to 7 miles north of Griggsville,
moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

These severe thunderstorms will remain over mainly rural areas of
northeastern Pike County in west central Illinois, including the
following locations... Valley City, Chambersburg, and Perry.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
