Nearby parking lots and the streets themselves are covered by more than a half foot of water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides two to two and a half feet above normal. The next high tide at Coltons Point is at 4:59 AM and 5:16 PM. The next high tide at Point Lookout is at 3:13 AM and 4:02 PM. The next high tide at Piney Point is at 4:23 AM and 4:40 PM.
