Here is a look at the weather features that will affect the region
over the next several days.

High pressure will exit offshore while a warm front moves through
this morning. This leads to a return of heat and humidity along
with increased thunderstorm chances. A cold front will move across
the area Sunday afternoon and evening leading to additional
opportunities for showers and thunderstorms. Behind this system,
below normal temperatures and dry weather are expected to start
off the work week. Eventually a return of more summerlike weather
is expected by the middle of the week.
