Here is a look at the weather features that will affect the region
over the next several days.

Low pressure will continue to drift off the Mid-Atlantic coast
through tonight with high pressure building north of the
region. A frontal system will move into the area Saturday,
bringing a chance of showers and thunderstorms during the
afternoon and evening. The front may stall across the area Sunday
while strong high pressure over eastern Canada builds southward
along the Appalachians. A strong front and area of low pressure
over the Great Lakes and Upper Midwest will approach the area
during the early or middle part of next week.
