Fire Weather Planning Forecast for West Texas/Southeast New Mexico
National Weather Service Midland/Odessa TX
210 AM CDT Sun Sep 22 2024

.DISCUSSION...

Fire weather concerns remain low. Below normal temperatures and
continued rain chances are expected into the middle of the week.
ERCs remain low with above critical afternoon relative humidity
and overall light winds. Overnight recovery remains very good.
Lightning starts remain possible, but recent rains greatly limit
this potential.
