  Southeastern Reeves County in southwestern Texas...
  West central Ward County in western Texas...

* Until 645 PM CDT.

* At 543 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Saragosa, or
  19 miles southeast of Toyah, moving northeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Pecos, Barstow, Saragosa, Verhalen, Toyah Lake, B F Goodrich
  Testing Track, and Pecos Municipal Airport.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 10 between mile markers 210 and 221.
 Interstate 20 between mile markers 38 and 50.
