...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 730 PM CDT
FOR CENTRAL BREWSTER COUNTY...
At 715 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 15 miles southeast
of Marathon, or 40 miles southeast of Alpine, moving southeast at 15
mph.
HAZARD...Two inch hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
central Brewster County.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

building.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
