Scattered quick-moving showers and isolated thunderstorms will be
near the site through about 4 PM. Wind east near 15 mph with gusts
over 20 mph through 6 PM, then east 10-15 mph this evening and
tonight. Relative humidity values could drop to as low as 55
percent this afternoon before recovering later this afternoon and
evening. Dispersion this afternoon will be in the generally good
range, occasionally reaching very good levels.

Similar weather conditions expected on Tuesday, with perhaps a
slightly later start to the precipitation window.
