* Until 200 PM EDT.

* At 120 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Bull
  Bay/Scuppernong River, or near Albemarle Sound, moving east at 30
  knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Albemarle Sound, Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, The Center Of The
  Albemarle Sound, Highway 94 Bridge, Duck, Bull Bay/scuppernong
  River, The Mouth Of The Alligator River, and The Mouth Of The
  Perquimans River.
