A weak frontal boundary meandering from central to south Florida early this week is forecast to lift north mid week with the remnants of Potential Tropical Cyclone 8. Lingering long period swell will continue to produce poor to hazardous boating conditions in the offshore waters, and poor boating conditions near inlets during the outgoing tide, through part of Tuesday. .GULF STREAM HAZARDS...Seas 6 to 8 feet.
