.SYNOPSIS...High pressure slowly moves from the southern
Appalachians this weekend to just offshore of the Carolinas early
next week. Moderate northeast winds will turn easterly by Tuesday.
When combined with a persistent northeasterly swell, boating
conditions will deteriorate, especially offshore. Isolated to
scattered showers and lightning storms are forecast.
