.Discussion...
Scattered to numerous showers and scattered lightning storms are
forecast each afternoon and early evening as the summer time pattern
continues. The light west to southwest flow will continue into late
week. The east coast sea breeze is expected to form each day and
push inland, with the sea breeze collision occurring across the
central or eastern side of the peninsula in the afternoon. Warm
and muggy conditions continuing with afternoon highs in the
low to mid 90s with heat indices ranging between 102 to 106 degrees.
No min RH concerns. Smoke dispersion values will be very good
on both Wednesday and Thursday.
Fog potential and other remarks...Widespread fog is not forecast.
Localized visibility reductions due to smoke from new or existing
fires will be possible even if fog is not forecast.
