  Recent heavy rain over the Saint Johns River Basin has led to
  elevated levels at Deland. The river is forecast to remain in
  Action Stage through Tuesday, then slowly decline Wednesday through
  Saturday. However, any additional heavy rainfall later this week
  could have the potential to delay the decline.
