.SYNOPSIS...Light offshore winds become southeasterly today, then
a light to moderate easterly to southeasterly flow follows for
Tuesday and Wednesday. A strengthening easterly flow is expected
Wednesday night and becomes a strong northerly flow Thursday in
response to Potential Tropical Cyclone Nine. Tropical storm
conditions will be possible over the offshore Gulf waters along
with seas building significantly Thursday into Thursday night.
