.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Helene is expected to strengthen to a
major hurricane before reaching the Big Bend coast of Florida late
Thursday. A Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for the Florida
0-60 nm Gulf waters and the 20-60 nm portion of the Alabama
waters. A Small Craft Advisory is in effect for the remainder of
the area. Winds and seas subside by Friday. Please see the
