This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central and
southern Minnesota, and west central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

River levels will continue rising through late week with some
locations with moderate or major flood stage observed during the
crest. Additional impactful rain arrives Friday morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Another period of active weather is expected Thursday night
through
Friday. Severe weather and localized flash flooding will be
possible once again.

SKYWARN spotter activation will not be needed.
