...Discussion from SFOFWFMTR...

As temperatures warm the next few days, min RH values will fall into
the 15-25 percent range for many inland locations away from the
marine layer on Monday, and 15-30 percent range on Tuesday but winds
will remain relatively light. Temperatures return closer to normal
for the second half of next week with improved RH retention and
recoveries.

...Discussion from SFOFWFEKA...

Strong thermal belts have allowed for another night of poor RH
recovery across mid and upper slopes. Hot and dry weather will
continue to build today. By Monday, interior valleys will most
likely see highs above 100 with minimum RH in the teens. While
valleys will maintain good RH recovery around 80 percent, enhanced
thermal belts will continue to generate poor RH recovery along mid
and high slopes of 20 to 40 percent. Aside from moderate north wind
right along shore and along the Eel River Valley today, daytime wind
will be generally gentle and terrain driven. High elevation areas
will experience enhanced, northeast diurnal flow at night with
isolated gusts up to 25 mph. More moderate conditions will return
later in the week.
