.DISCUSSION...Quite warm conditions are expected over the wild
fire this evening and temperatures will begin to cool after
sunset. RH values are currently around 20% with modest moistening
expected tonight to around 72-76%. Gusty winds are currently over
the region with gusts up to 25 mph and are coming from the
northwest. Monday will be near seasonal averages with low
humidity in the upper teens to lower twenties during the peak
afternoon heating. Gusty winds northwest winds will prevail with
afternoon and evening gusts to 30 mph. Mixing heights will above
5600 feet during the afternoons and lower to around 400-500 feet
during the early morning hours. Smoke dispersion should remain
excellent and shading will be minimal under sunny skies.
