.SYNOPSIS...A weak high pressure ridge over the waters early this
morning will move E of the region today. A cold front will slowly
approach the coast this afternoon through tonight, and gradually
cross the waters tonight and Thu, and passing E of the outer
waters early Thu night. High pressure will build E over New
England late Thu night, then move gradually E across the waters
Fri and Fri night before shifting E of the area by later Sat and
Sat night. A warm front will lift NE across the waters later Sat
through Sat night, and be followed by a cold front moving to the
New England coast Sun then over the waters Sun night.
