.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will slowly move into the inner offshore
waters later tonight and Thu as an area of low pressure develops
along the front over Maine and then moves NE. The cold front will
pass E of the outer waters later Thu night. High pressure will
build E over New England late Thu night, then move gradually E
across the waters Fri night and Sat before shifting E of the area
by Sat night. A warm front will lift NE across the waters Sat
night, and be followed by a cold front moving to the New England
coast Sun then over the waters Sun night. The front will stall SE
of the waters by late Mon with a weak low pressure developing
along the front later Mon night.
