.SYNOPSIS...Central Atlantic high pressure will support moderate
to fresh trade winds and moderate seas through Mon. Trade winds
will reach fresh to strong speeds, and seas are forecast to
become rough to very rough over the eastern and central Caribbean
waters Mon night through Tue night as newly formed Tropical
Depression Two approaches the region and tracks through the
eastern and central Caribbean south of the forecast waters. Seas
are forecast to become moderate to rough over the Atlantic waters
Sun night through Tue night.
