beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A cold front will move E over the
S and central waters today into Wed, then pass E of the area Wed
night. A warm front will lift N across the waters today into Wed,
and pass N of the area later Wed. The front will then stall just
N of the area Wed night and Thu as a series of lows develop along
the boundary, before the front returns S across the waters as a
cold front Fri into Sat night. A high pressure ridge will build W
of the region Fri into Sat night.
