.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure across
the area early this morning will dissipate later today into
tonight. A weak low and associated cold front will move across
the waters Wed into Wed night. High pressure will rebuild into
the area behind the front later Wed, persist Wed night through
Fri, then weaken Fri night and Sat ahead of the next approaching
cold front. The cold front will pass across the waters Sat and
Sat night.
