height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A warm front will
lift slowly NE over the waters later tonight into Fri . A high
pressure ridge will build over the waters tonight and move inland
later Fri. A cold front will cross the region Fri night and Sat.
High pressure will rebuild behind the front Sat into Sat night.
Weak low pressure will approach the Oregon waters Sat night into
Sun, before dissipating over the area Sun night. A ridge will
build E into the region Mon and Mon night, then persist through
Tue night while expanding E over the waters. A coastal trough
will expand N and strengthen along the Oregon coast Mon and Mon
night,then persist through Tue night.
