.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A cold front across
the southern waters this morning will move S of the waters by
this afternoon. High pressure centered far W of the waters will
gradually build E today through Mon. It will shift S Mon night
and Tue ahead of a cold front that will move SE across the waters
on Tue. The front will move SE of the waters late Tue night
allowing ridging to build E across the waters for Wed and and Wed
night.
