.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
persist over the waters today, then will shift inland tonight as
a cold front moves over the waters. The front will slowly move
east of the waters Fri as high pressure approaches from the W.
The high will gradually build across the waters Fri night and
Sat, then persist through Sun night. The high pressure will
slowly weaken Mon and Mon night, ahead of a potential low
pressure system. A coastal trough will persist along the Oregon
coast today, then weaken and retreat to the S tonight.
