.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A coastal low pressure trough
will weaken over northern and central California tonight, and
then redevelop over the central and southern California coast Fri
and Fri night. High pressure will persist W and NW of the waters
through Sun night. Another low pressure trough will develop along
the entire California coast Mon through Tue, with the trough
slowly weakening Tue night as a cold front approaches the N
waters from the W and NW.
