.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A weakening cold front will
move S across the central portions tonight, then dissipate over
the southern waters Thu into Thu night. The associated low
pressure, currently centered about 90 nm W of Point Reyes, will
move inland later tonight. A low pressure trough will build along
the coast later tonight into Thu, then persist Thu night through
Mon night. High pressure will strengthen NW of the area Thu night
into Fri, then continue through Mon night.
