.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will persist to
the W of the waters today before shifting W and weakening tonight
into Wed night. A low pressure trough will persist along the
California coast while slowly weakening today through Tue before
dissipating Tue night. A weak cold front will move across the N
waters Wed and Wed night. Another cold front will pass over the
northern waters Thu night into Fri. A coastal trough will
redevelop along the California coast Fri and strengthen Fri
night.
