.SYNOPSIS...Showers and thunderstorms are beginning to show signs
of organization with a broad low pressure centered over the NW
Caribbean. Environmental conditions appear favorable for further
development of this system, and a tropical depression or storm is
likely to form over the next couple of days as the low moves
north across the NW Caribbean and into the SE Gulf of Mexico.
Regardless of development, heavy rain and increasing winds and
seas are expected across portions of the NW Caribbean early this
week. There is a high chance of tropical formation within the next
48 hours.
