...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTH CENTRAL DAVIDSON...
NORTHEASTERN CHEATHAM AND SOUTHWESTERN ROBERTSON COUNTIES THROUGH 630
PM CDT...

At 555 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Coopertown, or 7 miles southwest of Springfield, moving east at 25
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Springfield, Millersville, Greenbrier, Coopertown, Ridgetop, and
Pleasant View.

This includes Interstate 24 between mile markers 21 and 30.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT for
Middle Tennessee.
