* At 918 PM EDT, an area of severe thunderstorms were located over
  Little Neck, or near Jamaica, moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

  Deer Park and Dix Hills around 940 PM EDT.
  Brentwood and Bay Shore around 945 PM EDT.

Large hail, damaging wind, and continuous cloud to ground lightning
are occurring with this storm. Move indoors immediately. Lightning is
