.DISCUSSION...
Tuesday will be 10 to 15 degrees above average with afternoon
temperatures in the mid 70s to near 80 degrees at this project.
Look for the morning inversion to weaken around 1000 pdt with
transport winds out of the south and surface winds mainly terrain
driven. The arrival of a cold front late Wednesday afternoon will
bring increasingly windy conditions through the day and a 60
percent chance of wetting rain Wednesday evening. At this time,
rain amounts will likely range from a tenth to a quarter of an
inch by Thursday morning.
