.DISCUSSION...
The arrival of a strong cold front Wednesday afternoon will bring
gusty westerly winds and rain showers. Rain amounts between 0.10-0.20
inches is forecast. Drier air behind the front will result in lower
relative humidity for Thursday.  Then another system arrives for
Thursday Night with more rain showers in the forecast.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy. A 40 percent chance of rain showers
                    in the morning then a 90 percent chance of rain
                    showers in the afternoon. A 20 percent chance of
                    an afternoon thunderstorm.
CWR.................60 percent.
LAL.................1...a 20 percent chance of 2.
Max temperature.....1100 ft elevation: 74 near the lake at 1200...
                    dropping into the 60s in the afternoon.
                    6000 ft elevation: 59 near ridge top at 1200...
                    dropping into the upper 40s in the afternoon.
Min humidity........48-60 percent...increasing relative humidity in
                    the afternoon to 65-90 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........West 4 to 8 mph with gusts up to 20 mph, except
