...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of northern Grady,
northwestern Cleveland and northwestern McClain Counties through 1215
PM CDT...

At 1128 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Oklahoma City to 3 miles south of Bridge
Creek to 4 miles south of Amber. Movement was east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Southeastern Oklahoma City, Norman, Moore, Chickasha, Newcastle,
Blanchard, Tuttle, Goldsby, Amber, Bridge Creek, Stanley Draper Lake,
Middleberg, and Tabler.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 35 between mile markers 105 and 120.
 Interstate 44 between mile markers 83 and 113.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Very heavy rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor NOAA Weather
Radio, local radio stations or available television stations for
additional information and possible warnings from the National
Weather Service.
