The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Northwestern Venango County in northwestern Pennsylvania...

* Until 715 PM EDT.

* At 634 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Franklin,
  moving northwest at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind
           damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some power
           outages.

* Locations impacted include...
  Oil City, Franklin, Sugarcreek, Seneca, Polk, Cooperstown, Woodland
  Heights, Utica, and Oil Creek State Park.
