...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 745 PM EDT
FOR SOUTHEASTERN JEFFERSON...SOUTHWESTERN BEAVER...NORTHWESTERN
WASHINGTON...BROOKE AND HANCOCK COUNTIES...

At 721 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Mingo Junction,
or near Steubenville, moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind
         damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some power
         outages.

Locations impacted include...
Weirton, Steubenville, Wellsburg, Avella, Toronto, Wintersville,
Mingo Junction, Follansbee, Hooverson Heights, New Cumberland,
Burgettstown, Franklin, Hickory, Beech Bottom, Brilliant, Richmond,
New Manchester, Empire, Stratton, and New Alexandria.
