overnight (<20% chance). Southwest to west winds late this afternoon
are expected to become northwest this evening before transitioning to lighter
downslope and downvalley winds overnight. Winds will increase in
magnitude from the southwest to west by mid-morning Wednesday, peaking
during the afternoon.
