.DISCUSSION...An upper level ridge will keep dry and warm conditions
across the fire area through Tuesday night. Daytime RH values will
be poor Tuesday with only moderate overnight recoveries. Winds
will be mostly from the south through the day before shifting to the
west (see below). An upper level trough will then bring breezy conditions
from the west with daytime RH moving into moderate ranges.
