* WHAT...North winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt at times.
  Seas 8 to 12 ft at 12 seconds today into early Wednesday, then
  subsiding back to 6 to 8 ft.

* WHERE...Waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon OR from
  10 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...From 8 AM this morning to 11 PM PDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 5 PM THIS
AFTERNOON TO 5 AM PDT WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Rough bar conditions expected during the ebbs. General
  seas 5 to 7 ft today, rising to 8 to 9 ft for late this
  afternoon through early Wednesday. Seas 6 ft with the 4.8 kt ebb
  around 830 am today, and near 10 ft with the 2.7 kt ebb around
  930 pm today, and again with the 4.2 kt ebb around 930 am
  Wednesday.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 5 AM PDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft,
  especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the
  Columbia River Bar.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wave conditions are expected to
be hazardous to small craft in the vicinity of the Columbia River
Bar. Mariners are advised to obtain the latest bar conditions
from the United States Coast Guard before attempting to cross the
bar.
