Fire Weather Planning Forecast FOR S Cntrl and Sern Colorado
National Weather Service Pueblo Co
212 PM MDT Tue Jun 11 2024

.Discussion...

It will be getting quite warm over the district tomorrow and
Thursday, Temperatures will be around 100F over parts of the
plains tomorrow and 100 to 105 on Thursday. Storms will be
far and few between, and will be high based the next couple
of days.

On Friday, a fairly potent weather system will move into the
district, and this system promises to bring in cooler temperatures
along with a good chance of wetting rain.

For Saturday, it will be cooler but there will be less showers
and thunderstorms across the region.

The long range forecast shows a rather very dry and very warm
pattern developing over the district next week.

Smoke dispersion will be good or better both tomorrow afternoon
and Thursday afternoon.
