...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT ANSON...MONTGOMERY...
NORTHWESTERN RICHMOND AND EASTERN STANLY COUNTIES THROUGH 600 PM
EDT...

At 453 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles north of Ansonville, or 11 miles south of Albemarle, moving
northeast at 20 mph. Additional storms were also located between
Monroe and Ansonville.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Albemarle, Wadesboro, Troy, Badin Lake, Biscoe, Ansonville, Polkton,
Norwood, Badin, and Mount Gilead.
