...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL JOHNSON COUNTY THROUGH
430 PM MDT...

At 400 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Mayoworth, which is 10 miles north of Kaycee, moving northeast at 35
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 40 or more mph and up to half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of central Johnson
County.

This includes Interstate 25 between mile markers 255 and 283.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
