* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  East central Putnam County in western West Virginia...
  Northern Kanawha County in central West Virginia...
  South central Roane County in central West Virginia...

* Until 430 PM EDT.

* At 357 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Cross Lanes,
  or near Nitro, moving east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Charleston, Nitro, Jefferson, South Charleston, St. Albans, Dunbar,
  Sissonville, Clendenin, Poca, Cross Lanes, Pinch, Institute,
  Elkview, Coal Fork, Tornado, and Teays Valley.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 79 between mile markers 1 and 18.
 Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 99 and 115.
 Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 44 and 57.
 Route 119 between mile markers 78 and 80.
