FOR NORTHWESTERN TEXAS...SOUTHEASTERN PULASKI AND SOUTHWESTERN PHELPS
COUNTIES...

At 748 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles northeast of
Licking, or 13 miles west of Salem, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Southern Fort Leonard Wood, Plato, and Roby.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
