.Synopsis for the far Southern California coast...
At 2 PM, a 1030 mb high was 800 NM west of Cape Mendocino and a
1003 mb low was over the plateau near the Great Salt Lake.
Northwest gusts around 20 knots are expected in the outer waters
this afternoon and evening and again Wednesday afternoon and
evening. Otherwise, generally weak onshore flow will prevail
through Friday.
