.Synopsis for the far Southern California coast...
At 2 PM, a 1030 mb high was 1300 NM west of Eureka, CA and a 1005 mb
low was near El Centro, CA. A weak eddy will exist along the coast
Sunday morning, and stronger winds with gusts up to 20-25kts in the
outer waters expected Monday afternoon and evening. Otherwise,
generally weak northwest flow will prevail through the end of the
week.
