Be aware of thunderstorms in your area and be prepared to take shelter. .Excessive Rainfall...Flooding of urban areas, roads, and small streams across western Puerto Rico. .Excessive Heat...This level of heat affects primarily those individuals extremely sensitive to heat, especially when outdoors without effective cooling and/or adequate hydration. .Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents are possible in the surf zone particularly in the north and east coast. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday The heat threat will remain in place this week, resulting in elevated heat threat across all the coastal areas and urban sections. A limited flood threat will be present for Thursday and Friday. Moderate rip current risk expected to prevail. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
