.SYNOPSIS...

Light to gentle breezes out of the east-southeast will
persist through early Wednesday before moderate east-southeast
surges develop over our waters ahead of Potential Tropical Cyclone 9
(PTC9). Attention then turns toward PTC9 potentially impacting our
waters as it lifts north, though some uncertainty remains regarding
its track. Nevertheless, at least advisory or tropical storm
conditions appear increasingly likely over our waters beginning
Wednesday.

midnight. Waves 1 foot or less. Protected waters a light chop.
.TUESDAY...Southeast winds 5 to 10 knots. Waves 1 foot or less,
then around 2 feet in the afternoon. Wave Detail: Southeast
1 foot at 3 seconds, becoming southeast 1 foot at 4 seconds.
Protected waters a light chop. A slight chance of showers and
thunderstorms in the afternoon.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...Southeast winds 5 to 10 knots, increasing to
10 to 15 knots after midnight. Seas 2 to 3 feet. Wave Detail:
Southeast 2 feet at 4 seconds. Protected waters a moderate chop.
A chance of showers and thunderstorms after midnight.
.WEDNESDAY...Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots, becoming east 15 to

.THURSDAY...East winds 35 to 45 knots with gusts up to 60 knots,
becoming northeast 55 to 75 knots with gusts up to 110 knots in
the afternoon. Seas 7 to 10 feet, occasionally to 13 feet,
building to 11 to 15 feet, occasionally to 19 feet in the
afternoon. Wave Detail: South 9 feet at 13 seconds, becoming
south 15 feet at 17 seconds. Protected waters extremely rough.
