The National Weather Service in Tallahassee has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Coastal Waters From  Ochlockonee River to Apalachicola FL out to 20
  Nm...
  Waters from Suwannee River to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM...

* Until 215 PM EDT.

* At 1241 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from near O Tower
  to 10 nm east of V Tower. The severe thunderstorms were nearly
  stationary.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots...suddenly higher
           waves...frequent lightning...and heavy downpours.
           Waterspouts can quickly form and capsize boats and damage
           vessels. Make sure all on board are in a secure location
           and wearing life jackets.

* Locations impacted include...
  V Tower and O Tower.
